8+ years experience

You bring at least 8 years of relevant work in diagnostics, IVD, life sciences, or healthcare, with responsibility that shows depth and real-world decision-making.

Strong IVD expertise

You can teach from direct experience in IVD and life sciences, including products, workflows, regulations, quality, market access, or commercialization, and you can answer practical questions clearly.

Pro facilitation skills

You have led professional training in corporate or adult-learning settings, keep groups engaged, handle tough questions, and guide discussions toward clear takeaways and action steps.

Global delivery ready

You are comfortable working across cultures and time zones, and you can adapt examples and pacing for different audiences while keeping a reliable schedule for live, virtual sessions.
